COO & Director of Engineering & Infrastructure
A military veteran, our COO has dedicated their career to building and fortifying our nation's infrastructure—first through service to their country, and now through AVS. With a specialization in project and civic engineering, particularly in railroad infrastructure, he brings technical expertise and a mission-driven approach to every contract. Our COO’s deep understanding of transportation systems, structural development, and public works projects makes them an invaluable asset to both AVS and the agencies we serve.
